Do you ever get so busy and then you get blessed with the most random relaxation day that you didn't see coming? I had that experience on Thursday.
Recently, my life has become a lot more exciting and a lot more jam packed with things to do, places to go, and people to see. If you haven't read on my Instagram, then here is a glimpse: I've been working at my home church for almost 2 years now and I recently got promoted to do social media for the church. When I accepted this job 2 years ago, I always hoped it would lead into something that the Lord had for me but didn't really have any sight of what that could be and never did I think that I would be getting paid for something I use everyday and that I love to do. I've also entered into a new relationship with my boyfriend David (those words do not sound normal yet!) With everything coming together and happening a lot has been happening on my schedule. I have been so busy and rushing but also feeling confident and accomplished. I know that the Lord is really lining up my life for the future and to see His timing and His plan all come together is an incredible feeling.
With life getting all crazy on me, I feel like I haven't had any pamper time or "me" time. For months my shoulders and neck have been feeling anything but normal and I have had the same knot in my shoulder for about as long as I have been working at Calvary. My sisters boyfriend is a massage therapist and so I decided to book an appointment with him. Let me just say it was probably the most well spent hour of my entire week.. or month for that matter and I will be going back very shortly! Next on my "to do" list was to head over to Rapid Med Spa and get my OxyGeneo Facial which felt so amazing!
As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt so comfortable and very welcomed! The ladies at Rapid Med Spa are so amazing and really make you feel right at home! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how good it smelt! They said they have spent a lot of time picking the perfect candle... I know how that can be!
What I love about Rapid Med Spa is that you can get a consultation and a treatment all in one day. I went in wanting to get Micro-Needling done but the girls were so helpful and because I am using an acne gel from my dermatologist they recommended to keep my skin safe and do the OxyGeneo Facial which was perfect for my relaxation day! I absolutely love their space too! Every room is so pretty and designed to make you feel so comfortable. Before taking you in for your treatment, they ask what kind of music you like and cater to your every need.
Rapid Med Spa offers so many services including Laser Hair Removal, Micro-Needling with PRP (the Vampire Facial), Chemical Peels, Skin Tightening and Contouring services and the OxyGenoe Facial that oxygenates and infuses.
