Breakfast
Today I did not have much time to make breakfast so I made a green smoothie for the drive to work. I love green smoothies because they really make me feel more awake and ready to take on the day.

In my smoothie:
Big Handful of baby kale
2 Celery sticks
Half of and Avocado
1 frozen Banana
A scoop of Raw Fit Organic Protein Powder
A cup of water and a dash of Milk


I love this smoothie because you get a good amount of your greens in for the day and it just taste like a banana smoothie and is so filling!



Morning Snack
For my snack I had a bag of SkinnyPop popcorn and the rest of my smoothie along with a bottle of water. Usually I will have popcorn to satisfy my salt craving or an apple with almond butter or another kind of fruit.

Lunch
Usually for lunch I will go home and make something like a tuna fish sandwich to save money but today I decided to run to a restaurant that we have here in Vegas called SkinnyFats with my friend Hope and I got a salad.

In my salad:
Arugula
Chicken breast
Tomato
Onion
Cucumber
Balsamic glaze


Dinner
Dinner is usually the hardest meal of the day for me. By this time of day I'm really craving something satisfying and comforting so I sometimes eat really bad and make a Gluten free Pizza or Gluten free Pasta but lately I have really been loving Zucchini Pasta! I got my favorite recipe off of this Youtube video. I add a little bit of spaghetti sauce to this recipe because I just cannot have pasta without spaghetti sauce.
