Todays post is one that I have been anticipating for about a month now and I am so excited that today is the day! I get to introduce a very important brand to you (that is of course if you don't already know how amazing this brand is) they have truly changed the way I look and feel in the best way possible! Can you tell I'm excited? Good! Because this is one of my favorite brands that I have discovered in a long time!
Hum Vitamins is a brand that I had heard about from my many Youtube friends but maybe like most of you, I just thought it was another boring vitamin brand. Oh how wrong was I?
You guys know that I never promote or write about a brand that I don't truly love because I am all about being honest and sharing my favorite brands with you, my friends! So here is a little story about how Hum Vitamins have changed my life and become apart of my routine!
After reading their story it clicked.
"The idea of HUM was born out of Walter's personal struggle with his skin and breakouts. Years of trying topical products and prescription drugs had literally left him scarred emotionally and physically. This brand is all about clearing your acne from the inside out and I just love that! I am all about naturally healing what is wrong with my body and it took me forever to get to a dermatologist and when I did they wanted to put me on a pill and I just was not about it!

Celiacs Disease is a serious autoimmune disorder that can occur in genetically predisposed people where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. Gluten is a protein found in wheat and because my body couldn't breakdown the food I was giving it, I was not absorbing any nutrients.
When I first started eating Gluten Free, almost 10 years ago, not many people knew what Gluten was, therefore people didn't have a clue how to make Gluten Free food taste good. I was so devastated when I first started eating Gluten Free because everything was so bland and honestly just disgusting. No restaurant had Gluten Free menu's or Gluten Free options, grocery stores didn't have a wide range of Gluten free items or even a gluten free section back then. Let's just say it is a much different story today!
These last couple of years I have been a lot more health conscience because being Gluten Free doesn't mean you are now healthy, I can still have greasy Gluten Free Pizza, Burgers, French Fries, and it is all still just as fattening as non GF (Gluten Free) items but the older I've gotten the more health conscience I am becoming! I have also found that I have a sensitivity to dairy and when I have it, my skin tends to breakout so I am limited on what I can eat. It has, however, led me to make very healthy choices when picking out the food I buy, that is why I love KNOW Foods
I love having their Croutons in a salad or even as a snack by themselves and I had noticed after taking these shots that they sent me their Cereal too and I have been loving that with banana in it in the mornings!

How did you guys come up with the company name?
So the idea of a "care package" really became popular during the world wars, by organizations such as Red Cross, etc. So-going along with that old/vintage theme, we looked into some wordisms from that time frame that signified that a package had reached its destination and was delivered. Which brought us to "Fox in the Hen House." Back then it meant several things, a soldier had met at a rendezvous, one had snuck behind enemy lines, or when a care package had reached those in need.
So we felt like it was a perfect fit, the fox had reached the hen house. Our care package has reached its destination!
How did you guys come up with the conclusion of creating care packages?
My friend Garrett and I were at a coffee shop one night discussing ideas that would improve our time at college. I stated how I wish my parents could send me a college care package, that isn't simply noodles or cheap plastic pens (things I would use for a few days then toss), but a package that had awesome and efficient stuff.
When did you guys come up with the idea?
The idea and push for the company all began early February in Louisville, KY
What have been the successes and the difficulties with your journey so far?
Successes:
We've been able to have so much fun, we are not limited at all to what we can create and design. It's been awesome to network and connect with people all over the country that love and support our idea. It's been such a humbling and valuable learning experience thus far. We'll be able to apply the things we learned to make Fox in the Hen House even more efficient and awesome, while still remaining practical.
Difficulties:
Start ups aren't cheap, which is why we've been offering gifts in return for donations to get people feeling excited about our August launch and even more great things to come. I'm from Massachusetts, Kyle is from Georgia, while the company is stationed in Kentucky. Sometimes our lives seem all over the place.

I had recently watched a video of a girl trying the e.l.f Acne Fighting Foundation and after watching that video I had to try this foundation for myself and see how well it worked for me. This foundation has Salicylic Acid, Witch Hazel, Camphor, Tea tree and Aloe.
I have done my research and all of these ingredients are good for your acne. I will leave the benefits below.

I'm not really one to go spend a lot of money on my makeup if i don't need to and also because i don't have a lot of money to be splurging. i did notice that when i went to the e.l.f. section the prices went up. the lipsticks used to be $1 and now some of them are up to $3. $3 is still very cheep but i like the sound of $1 a lot better.

hi everyone! so i did a little shopping and wanted to share what i got with you and tell you guys where i got these things and how i like them. i went to target because i needed one thing and i walked out with five. everything i got was cheap so thats always good.
