Dear Mushka

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen a couple of pictures of the bracelet that I got from Dear Mushka and I just wanted to dedicate an entire blog post to this brand. I had followed Dear Mushka on Instagram about a year and a half ago and I fell in love with the heart behind the company. Katie, the creator, has such a beautiful and humbled heart and an outstanding love for her business.

"We believe your story is real, valuable, and wonderful; we believe it's worth being shared with the world and that you can do so by what you choose to put on every day.

We also believe there is a greater story that needs to be told so each Dear Mushka piece comes with a corresponding scripture card, encouraging you to tell the story with beauty." - Katie

Since Instagram Stories have come out, I have been able to get to know Katie a little bit more and realize that she is just the sweetest of all pies! She hand makes all of the jewelry and her pieces are truly beautiful. Behind each piece of jewelry is a verse. I got the Clothed bracelet and the verse behind it is Colossians 3:12, it says  "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience."

I love what Katie says on her website: "Our stories- the one's we've been given by the Creator of the World are unique and valuable and worth sharing. But there is a bigger story worth telling... the story of God's greatness and glory, of his love and devotion. If we don't include this story as we do life together, we're doing one another a disservice. And to tell it well, we have to know it well."

What I love most about the most about Katie and her buisness is that every piece of jewelry is prayed over before it is sent out. I believe so strongly in the power of prayer, even when we don't know exactly who we are praying for, the Lord works through our prayers and works in the lives that we pray for.

If you would like to find out more information about Dear Mushka then head straight over to her website to read all about their story. They have some amazing pieces that you can see here and make sure to give them a follow over on Instagram
